Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

All products are fulfilled from our US partner warehouse — meaning fast, domestic shipping speeds for all US and Canadian customers. No long international waits.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love every Oudsera product. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy.

Eligibility
• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Opened or used fragrances cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned

How to Return
1. Email hello@oudsera.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return shipping label
3. Pack your item securely and drop it off at any courier location
4. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@oudsera.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will replace it at no cost to you.

Refunds

Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
